I missed my delivery. What happens, and can I change couriers?

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will typically leave a notice with re-delivery or pickup instructions. If you'd prefer a different courier (e.g., Purolator) for future orders, let us know before your next order ships and we'll note your preference where possible.
