How does Blue Cross authorization work, and how long does it take?

Getting set up with Blue Cross coverage takes a few steps:

1. Open your Hero Dispatch account.
2. Fill out the medical document application, or, if you already have one, transfer your existing medical document to us.
3. We submit your completed medical document to Medavie Blue Cross for authorization.
4. Approval takes up to two weeks. Once Blue Cross approves, you can place your order, billed directly with nothing out of pocket.
